OUR YOGURT
Our yogurt and kefir are made from specially selected live probiotic cultures and the freshest organic milk. Manufacturing all products on premises ensures quality and health-conscious treats that are extremely fresh. We make our yogurt entirely by hand using high-quality ingredients with labor-intensive process.
Most commercial yogurts are fermented for very short periods of time, and are heavily processed and treated with unhealthy preservatives, thickeners like gelatin are added to give their yogurt the look and feel of yogurt that has been fermented for much longer. Most brands use poor quality milk and very often, genetically modified organisms (GMOs) are used to sweeten yogurt
Krave Kulture yogurt takes 24 hours to make from milk to final product. It takes a lot of finesse and skill to know when to culture milk, what temperature to use and how long to ferment. We do not take for granted a single penny you spend on our yogurt, and it is the reason we will stand behind every jar of yogurt sold.
Our yogurt is made from Canadian organic milk and crafted in our shop with no additives.
They are jammed packed with goodness - an excellent source of calcium, protein (8 grams per serving) and probiotics. We only use natural products and sweeteners. So they don’t only taste great, they are made with care and are good for your health.
Have it in a bowl topped with wholesome ingredients, blend it in a smoothie. Or, take it home to create your favourite dip, baked good, popsicle, salad dressing or even as a sour cream alternative.
KEFIR
Did you know that 80% of your immune system originates in the gut?!
Our digestive system has an intricate balance of bacteria, which can affect everything including your skin, mood, immune system and energy levels.
Drinking kefir daily helps increase the proportion of healthy bacteria in your gut – and as a result improve your overall gut health.
The biggest nutritional difference between yogurt and kefir is that, kefir contains three times more probiotics than yogurt. While yogurt also contains some probiotics, kefir is more potent.
